Adds (attaches) a custom domain to a specified traffic source.

The new domain starts in the new status and must pass DNS/SSL verification before it
becomes usable. Requires a resolvable affiliate context ([RequiredAffiliate]).

🔐 Required permissions: traffic-source.read, traffic-source.update

🔐 Requires an Affiliate context (AffiliateId in header or token)
