API Reference

Synthetically re-emits the account-created events for the supplied accounts. Use this to backfill accounts whose original creation events were never published, restoring their search index entry, incoming-postback key, partner link and quota count.

All downstream handlers are idempotent EXCEPT the Accounts quota counter, which increments on every
call. Pass only ids that genuinely missed their original creation events, and run once — replaying
an account that already fired will over-count its quota.
