Returns the set of SearchEntity values that may be passed in documentTypes when
calling the search endpoints, filtered to the categories the calling user is allowed to search
(a publisher never sees admin-only categories such as User or Subscription). It does
not reflect which entities currently have indexed documents. Requires an authenticated token.
