Export dynamic events to a CSV file and return a presigned download URL.

Exports the events matching the search criteria. When the data source is Raw the individual event
rows are exported; otherwise the pivoted view (metrics as columns) is exported. The export runs over the
full result set up to the export limit, not just one page.
