Retrieves a single cloaked-link composite that belongs to a traffic source.

A cloaked-link composite combines the cloaked link with its resolved fallback brand-link URL
and cloaking options. Requires the ListTrafficSources policy.

Note: the lookup is performed by the cloaked-link id only; the
trafficSourceId segment scopes the route but is not used to filter the result.
