Search exported reports. Requires account manager rights.

https://platform.routy.app/api/v1/integrations/accounts/exported-reports

Filters by report id, affiliate, account, program, software, date range, upload method, aggregation
(ReportBy) and deleted state, with offset/limit paging and sorting. When the criteria request
download URLs, presigned URLs are included for each report.
