Upload per-click event rows for an account. Requires account update rights.

Accepts row-level (per-click) events for a date range and folds them into the account's day events. Use this
when the integration reports activity attributed to individual clicks rather than pre-aggregated daily totals.

🔐 Required permissions: accounts.read, accounts.update
