Cancels the queued account integration tasks matching the criteria.

Bulk-cancels the tasks matching the filter (by default the queued tasks from the last 14 days). When
duplicatesOnly is true, the matched tasks are grouped by account and only the
older duplicates are cancelled, leaving the most recent queued task per account.
