Results are ordered by affiliate program then by name and paged with Offset/Limit
(default limit 100). Filters: ProgramId and BrandId match exactly, Name is a
case-insensitive substring match, and HasMapping filters by whether a catalog brand is assigned —
true returns rows whose BrandId is unset, false returns rows that already resolve to a catalog brand.
