Uses the affiliate id of the authenticated caller — the body is empty. The returned
PartnerJoinResult.status indicates the outcome (Success, AlreadyPartner, AlreadyPending,
NetworkNotFound, ValidationFailed or Disabled). Requires the AccountAdmin policy.
Returns 400 if the caller has no associated affiliate.
