Search saved (persisted) clicks by criteria, supplied in the request body.

POST variant of M:Router.Api.Controllers.ClickController.GetSavedAsync(Platform.Models.Clicks.ClickSearchCriteria,System.Threading.CancellationToken). Requires the
ListAccount policy. Paginate with offset (0-based) and limit.
