Updates multiple product categories in a single request.

https://platform.routy.app/api/v1/product-categories/bulk

The collection is sent under the productCategories property; each item carries the target id
plus the fields to change. Each item is processed independently; the response carries a per-item
result. Requires the CatalogUpdate policy.
