Get a paginated pivot view of dynamic events, with KPI metrics spread across columns.

Collapses the matching events into one row per dimension combination (date, dynamic variable, tracker,
brand, etc.), exposing the KPI metrics (visits, signups, deposits, revenue and so on) as columns — suited
to dashboards and analytics views.
