Requires the EditLinkMonitor policy. Read-only. Pass two check ids from
GET {id}/history — they're ordered by time internally (older = "before"). Lets you test the
classifier on any past change, not just the latest. Uses the snapshot text we persisted per check,
so it works regardless of the external provider's retention.
